Director of administrative services
NextGen Worship Centre (NGWC) is currently looking for a Part time Director of Administrative Services on a contract basis.
What is the overview of the Director of Administrative Services position?
This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the Administration Office ensuring effective administrative processes for NGWC.
This individual will always be looking for innovative ways to accomplish the administrative functions necessary to make the ministries of NGWC effective and efficient.
The person in this position will communicate the culture and DNA of NGWC to the administrative staff and volunteers and help create a unified effective administrative office for the church.
The effective Director of Administrative Services will creatively design administrative functions that will help build systems to address and promote growth.
What will the successful candidate offer?
a) A genuine love for God and passion for His Word.
b) 3-5 years administrative experience in a large church setting or related experience.
c) Proven experience in creative thinking and problem solving is required.
d) Experience in managing administrative personnel.
e) A high degree of effectiveness in developing and implementing systems and strategies.
f) The ability to make a plan and see it through to completion.
g) Interested in working in a multi-ethnic environment.
h) Agreement with the NGWC Statement of Faith.
i) Comfortable with social media and technology.
