Financial Dominion

By Pastor Andrew Bawa

"Then Abram went up from Egypt, he and his wife and all that he had, and Lot with him, to the South. Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold." Genesis 13: 1-2 (NKJV)

To live in financial dominion is a choice. When you understand your right, you walk in it. The reason why the devil attacks is because you don't know your right. Not your right by your doing but by the covenant of grace. You live a life of dominion by the grace of God. Everything you see in the physical has a spiritual starting point. Grace made you rich. Everything you need is in Christ.

Financial dominion means you are in command. It also means that anytime you need it, it is there. You get to a place where you use it as you like and in understanding, you know how to spend. If you love money more that Christ, then it dominates you but if you love Christ  more than money, you dominate it. It is God that makes you rich. If you can know how to bring somebody to Jesus, you'll know how to dominate financially. It is not the number of jobs you do that makes you wealthy, it is God!

There are two principles to have financial dominion;
⁃ You understand that God is the source. It is your right by redemption and you are living in that heritage.
⁃ You start associating with successful people.

Egypt is a place of sin, death, sorrow, pain; so if you have left Egypt, the wealth is being converted to you. When God can trust you; he'll release everything you need. Anytime you are very rich it means you are weighting. When you are in riches, you are in glory. The only way you keep increasing your financial dominion is by giving. Keep sowing! Never look at what you are giving, look at what you are about to receive. Fix your eyes on the harvest.

Do you want to command finance or do you want to be commanded by finances?
