So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts. ‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! and he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!" Zechariah 4vs 6-7 (NKJV)

Bible Readings: Romans 11: 6, 1 Corinthians 15: 10, 2 Corinthians 12: 9, Matthew 16: 17-19, 1 Corinthians 6: 19, Acts 20: 32, Genesis 28: 15, Lamentation 3: 37, Numbers 23: 13, Matthew 19: 7, Amos 9: 11, Zechariah 4: 10, Romans 11: 6, 1 Samuel 2: 9, Philippians 4: 13, Acts 20: 32, Isaiah 40: 1-4, 2 Corinthians 8: 9, Ephesians 2: 4-6, Revelation 3: 20.

God is present in the midst of opposition.

Just because there is grace doesn't mean you won't go through tribulation but God will carry you through it. Never assume that because God sent you somewhere means it will be easy. Anything that God is behind, that's what the devil goes after. The devil tries to make sure it doesn't come to pass.

You are the temple of the Holy Ghost. You are given the mandate to rebuild that temple and when you go to do the rebuilding, the devil attacks. You rebuild the temple by the word of God. When you are trying to build your spirit man by the word of God, that is when all hell breaks loose. The devil doesn't go after nothing, he goes after something. The word of grace can build you up and give you an inheritance.

Certain things will not happen easily. Devil will send opposition, turmoil. The reason why you gave opposition is because of what you carry. Don't let the opposition make you stop building. When you don't build God's kingdom, you are leaving a patch for the enemy to build his. Who is it that is standing between you are what God said you should do? Who is it that is standing between you and your vision? Behind any challenge, there is somebody. Anytime you try to bring human strength in God's matter, he backs off.

Allow God fight his battle! Grace is all about Jesus. Forget about the things you have gone through because God can and will do something new. While you are thinking you are starting, God is telling you he has already finished it. When grace enters you, disgrace leave you. Grace is strength, finisher, beautifier, healer.

You are a product of grace! Grace started it, grace will finish it. Your end is in Christ and if it's in Christ, it is good!

Acceleration by grace

By Pastor Andrew Bawa

"And Mordecai had brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle’s daughter, for she had neither father nor mother. The young woman was lovely and beautiful. When her father and mother died, Mordecai took her as his own daughter." Esther 2: 7 (NKJV)

Bible Readings: Acts 17, 2 Corinthians 2: 14.

Grace can be your parents. God is always in the business of moving and doing things. Even when things look like they are at a stand still, God is not on a stand still. Everyday, God is in the business of doing something. God is a progressive God. He is always accelerating. If you serving an accelerating God, then your life should be accelerating as well.

Acceleration is dependent on grace not circumstances. You need the grace to speed and the grace to stop. Life is a life of race. Whether you are moving or not, life is moving. How fast are you going on the race of life (destiny)? In the race of life you can't go far when you are injured

The 8 steps of acceleration if you want to go far in life. They are the things that you need to work on the inside of you.

1. Choice. The choice you make in life determines if you are accelerating at the right direction or the wrong one. Choices affect your speed.

2. Clarity. You need clarity to make progress. Lack of clarity makes you go slow in life.

3. Concentration. You need focus. If you are not focused on life, your life will go out of focus.

4. Character. Lack of focus is a result of lack of character. Lack of character is a lack of discipline.

5. Confidence. You can't drive without confidence (boldness). Confidence can make you scale through when things are failing. Confidence comes by grace.

6. Confidant. Your confidant is there with you whether you go up or go down. A Chinese adage says to go fast, go alone but to go far, go with a team.

7. Charisma.

8. Creativity. To go fast and far you need to be creative.

The Story of Grace

By Pastor Andrew Bawa

"For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion." Romans 9: 15 (NKJV)

Bible Readings: Titus 2: 11, John 1: 16, Ruth 1: 1-5, Genesis 6, Genesis 7, Genesis 8, Deuteronomy 23: 3-6, Numbers 23: 8, Ruth 2: 3.

The story of grace is the story of Christ.

Grace is unmerited favour. Something that you didn't earn but it's there. Grace is what makes God choose you out of everybody else and bless you. Grace takes you away from failure and put you on a pedestal of ease. Grace is for everybody. The source of grace is from God the father. There is nothing you do to earn it. Grace is what takes one from a position and makes them an enviable entity. Grace takes you away from crisis.

Grace takes you away from certain things and some times, you think it's suffering whereas, it has something better. Grace doesn't always shield you away from problems, but it gives you the capacity to go through it. Grace wants you to go through the fire so you are refined and start to look like God. Never think the absence of open doors, is the absence of grace.

⁃ Never take shortcut.

⁃ Don't be curious over things that are dangerous.

⁃ Never act when angry.

You carry your breakthrough all along and it only manifests when you have grown up! There are certain things that you hold close that grace has to take away before it gives you what you need. Grace makes you get what you did not qualify for. When things are happening for you, never think it's because of yourprayers or fasting; it is the story of grace!

The day you forget the story of grace is the day you fall into disgrace. When you enjoy grace, you are not afraid to release grace. Be careful not to slam the door of whom God used to bless you because you will need it tomorrow.

Supernatural Settlements

"But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you." - 1 Peter 5:10

Bible Reading: Psalms 2:1-4, 2 Corinthians 8:3, James 1:17, Hebrews 10:38, Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11

Your settlement depends on your connection to your source. Mary was connected to the tribe of Judah, a lineage of David.

Whose house are you from? Are you of the house of God?
Are you connected with a thriving moving ark of destiny? Are you established by God?
Are you eating a balanced heavenly diet from the word of God? Expect a settlement.

What you eat determines what you become in life, you are a product of what you eat and where you are eating from is vital to your settlement

Are you genuinely connected to your spiritual father? Are you a consistent tither? Are you a dangerous sower? Are you consistently advancing the kingdom through evangelism outreach and by giving to increase the church? Are you prayerful? Are you always full of praises? Are you living a life of thanksgiving? Expect a settlement

Hindrances to Your Settlements
•    Wrong/Negative Mindset
•    Lack of expectations
•    Fear of what people will say
•    Fear of the destination
•    Lack of faith
•    Lack of joy
•    Negative speech
•    Incessant complaints
•    Fear of being rejected
•    Fear of tomorrow
•    Being too comfortable with the status quo

No More Toil

By Dr. Kay Ijisesan

"But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me." - 1 Corinthians 15:10

Bible Reading: Matthew 11:28, Luke 5:1-6, John 15:13, Zechariah 12:10, Galatians 2:20, Mark 5:36, Hebrews 1:14

God wants to move you from a place of toil to rest. God wants to see you rested. Your effort alone can not make rest a reality. True rest comes from God. You cannot rest by yourself. God is the source of your rest.

Components of Rest

  1. You rest in your Father's love: Abandon yourself in his love. Nothing can separate you from the love of God.
  2. You rest in finished work: When you do this, you act and think like it is truly finished. You rest in the conviction that Jesus did all when he died on the cross. Your prayers will come from victory.
  3. You rest in the spirit of grace: The finished work of Jesus is a demonstration of God's grace. Faith is a gift impacted by God.
  4. You rest in the faith of Jesus: Your communication with God will be on another level, you will understand that you don't receive from God by your doings but by His doings. Don't make anything, understand that it is by the might of the Holy spirit.
  5. You rest in your divine assistance
