In his presence without a word

"Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little." Luke 7: 47 (NKJV)

Bible Readings: Luke 7: 36-50, Matthew 26: 6-13, John 12: 1-7, Matthew 36: 13, Acts 10: 4

There are principles that if we follow and abide by, will secure our future and our generations to come.

⁃ You must learn to seize opportunities. Learn to capitalize on other people's opportunities.

⁃ You must present yourself holy unto the lord as a living sacrifice. God is more interested in you than your sacrifice. Your outward expression has to project what your inward spirit yearns for.

⁃ You must worship. True worship is not "notice-me". A true worshippers doesn't care what their neighbours are saying about them.

⁃ You must sow sacrificially. Your giving delivers you from poverty. Your seed never dies. Acts 10vs 5. You must have the right attitude. Your attitude should be a difference maker.

⁃ You must have a set goal.

⁃ You must be resolute and firm in your decisions.

⁃ You must be dedicated to achieve your set goals. Don't allow people's criticism get to you. Don't be distracted.

⁃ You must allow room for God to answer for you.

It is okay to be in the presence of God without a word and he would still answer. Don't mock God's creation. Pray for them. If you mock them, you are mocking God. Don't answer your critics, it is a waste of time. Channel that time to your maker. Introduce Jesus into the souls that do not know him.

Strategies for success: Pursuing his presence

By Pastor Andrew Bawa

"This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3: 2-3 (NKJV)

Bible Readings: John 3: 1-6, Luke 4: 17, Psalms 82: 6, Matthew 28: 10.

Laws are universal. Principles are spiritual laws.

To be successful, you must pursue God's presence. Life doesn't give you what you desire, it gives you who you are. Life doesn't give you what you desire, it gives you what you place a demand for. Before you can get what someone else gets, you have to understand what they have. When you become who you are meant to be, you will do what you need to do. The only person in they bible that is a success is Jesus. You can't be successful if you don't follow Jesus.

The presence of God brings transformation. It's all about the womb of life of where you are but a time comes when you are supposed to move to another womb. You can't be doing the same thing over and over again and expect something different. It's about the being. No matter how much you try to cover it, it will come out.

The number one thing to do to be successful is to seek first the kingdom of God and all other things will be added. Look for the source. Go to his presence. You have to become like him. When you do that, you will know who he is and whose you are. If you carry his nature, you are permitted to be like him and get what he gets. The reason why you are not getting what you desire is because instead of going for the source, you are going for the substance. If you come to church for the wrong reasons, you will not be successful.

If you see yourself how God sees you, then you can do what you are supposed to do. Some have failed to do what they are supposed to do because they have refused to see whose they are. If you know that you carry the DNA of God, you can do what he does. If you are what Jesus is, then you will get what he gets.

Success is not about material things but about inner fulfilment.
